My extensive background and knowledge of markets have honed my abilities allowing industry creativity to achieve the end results desired.

My earliest memory of funding clients was on a family trip to Disney World when I was six years old. All four of us children were given a $10 bill and turned loose. My two big brothers found me an hour later and had to borrow money as they had lost all theirs on games, with nothing to show for it. I gladly advanced loans to them both and they had to repay me in cash with interest duly paid in candy bars and French fries or the Bank of Mom would have closed their accounts forever and placed them in Receivorship. From this moment, I had a growing innate drive to ensure all American families could manage their assets, and debts and provide for their respective retirements.

The ability to match the ideal lender/investor tailored to the client's needs is a powerful tool for me. Banking is not a one-size-fits-all all. I have expertise in FNMA, FREDDIE, FHA, VA, and USDA, with boardroom polish and a natural niche in jumbo and super jumbo residential lending markets.

Based on my varied professional experiences ranging from underwriting to ownership of a successful mortgage company, I have been exposed to consistently work through virtually every significant nuance of the lending and credit administration process across various credit cultures, learning the most efficient methods to bring your residential transaction to a smooth and seamless close. This wide-ranging insight provides me with clarity and a fundamental understanding of the driving forces within lending environments.
